Terms of service
These terms govern the services provided by Coding Corp.
Purpose
These terms govern the web and software development services provided by Coding Corp: creation, maintenance and hosting. A quote or written proposal completes them for each project.
Plans
Packages: creation of a site at a fixed price, stated in the quote. Subscriptions: Maintenance Base, Maintenance Premium and Turnkey, billed monthly. Applications and software are delivered on quote.
Content changes
Subscriptions cover content changes only: changing a text or an image within an existing structure. Any new page, feature or structural change is billed separately, on quote. Maintenance Base: 1 request per month. Maintenance Premium: 3 requests per month. These requests cannot be carried over to the next month. Turnkey: unlimited requests within reasonable use, as assessed by Coding Corp. Turnaround: 5 working days. Requests are made in writing.
Hosting
Hosting is included with Turnkey and available as an option with Maintenance Base and Maintenance Premium. Coding Corp has an obligation of means: 100% availability is not guaranteed. Backups are made. In the event of an outage at the host, Coding Corp acts to restore the service as soon as possible.
Duration and commitment
Turnkey has a 24-month commitment. The domain name is registered in the client's name. After the 24 months, the client chooses to stay on Turnkey or to move to Maintenance Premium or Maintenance Base.
Price and payment
Prices are in euros, net. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code. Payment terms are stated in the quote.
Liability
Coding Corp has an obligation of means. Its liability is limited to direct damages and does not cover content provided by the client.
Termination
The conditions for termination, notice and getting the site back are specified in the quote or contract of each plan.
Governing law
French law applies. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought before any action.
